Refund policy

At Sports Cartel, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and excellent customer service. However, we understand that sometimes things may not work out and you may need to exchange or return your purchase.

Please Note
• Items qualify for exchange only if they are unworn and unwashed, and the reason is a wrong size or a defect.
• Items purchased on SALE are not eligible for a refund. Only the size can be exchanged for items bought on SALE.
• If an item was bought during a SALE and the SALE has ended when the exchange is requested, the new price will be charged.
• Custom or personalized items are non-refundable and can’t be exchanged.
• For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks cannot be returned or exchanged.

Faulty or Wrong Items
• If we delivered a faulty or wrong item, we will replace it as soon as possible and cover all shipping and handling costs. Please contact us as soon as you receive the item, with your order number and a photo.
• Damage caused after delivery (through wear, washing or misuse) is not covered.

Exchange Policy
• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for a different size, color or style within 14 days of the purchase date.
• All items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging attached.
• There is no extra charge for exchanges, including during sales. Only the shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

• All items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging attached.
• Once we receive the payment for the order from our courier, the refund is issued to your bank account. This usually takes 3 to 4 weeks.
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, except when we delivered a faulty or wrong item.
